A Holiday Gift Guide for the New Homeowners

Whether you're looking for a gift for a new homeowner, recently moved yourself or simply own a home consider this your essential holiday shopping list.

  1. Cookware from Caraway. I purchased the fry pan and the saute pan in navy and let me just tell you these pans are life changing. They're ceramic so they're non toxic, easy to clean and they're so pretty. I actually enjoy seeing them on the stove.
  2. Love your Melon blankets. We have the black speckled blanket and we adore it. It's soft and cozy and so easy to clean. A must for cuddling in front of the fire or snuggling up on the couch.
  3. The Teakwood and Tobacco P. F. Candle. This is my all time favorite scent to burn at home and to give as gifts. P. F. Candle is independently owned and committed to sustainability which I like but since I also love supporting local I buy my candles at Carousel and Folk.
  4. A house plant. If you've been following along you know I love plants and would never pass up and opportunity to gift one to a new home owner. Not sure what plant would be successful in their space? Give them a gift card to Tonkadale. They're sure to find the perfect plant or home accessory - they have a lot of those too.
  5. Slippers from Minnetonka Moccasin. Our who family got into these during the pandemic and let me tell you how happy they make us. They're cute and they keep your feet warm and cozy during the winter months.

Happy Shopping and as always, from all of us here at Matt Engen Group, thanks for reading!
