Located just west of downtown Minneapolis, Lowry Hill is an established neighborhood known for its grand homes, mature trees, and close proximity to the Chain of Lakes. With Lake of the Isles along its western edge and easy access to downtown, the area offers a quiet, residential feel with city convenience. Lowry Hill is bordered by Interstate 394 to the north, Interstate 94 and Hennepin Avenue to the east, 22nd Street to the south, and Lake of the Isles Parkway, Logan Avenue, and Morgan Avenue to the west.
