A delight to work with.

Matt and Kathy were a delight to work with. They were extremely personable, answered our million questions as buyers from out of state, and had great insider knowledge of the Minneapolis area that we otherwise couldn't find on Google. Any time we had jitters about the market with such low inventory, they were happy to jump on the phone to talk through our concerns. They were on one hand our "house therapists", showing us neighborhoods and features of homes, always patiently listening and helping us go back to our family needs every time we were entranced by a shiny well-staged but impractical house. On the other hand they were also skilled logistics managers, helping us navigate the maze of taxes, offer strategies, old home quirks, regulations, and all the other things that come with home buying. When it came to offer time, we felt like we were in good hands with their depth of experience. I interviewed no less than 8 realtor/realtor teams before we picked Kathy and Matt and I'm glad we did!
