Get to Know

Tangletown was named for the winding streets in the neighborhood that don't conform to a normal Minneapolis grid that add to the overall beauty and charm. Its boundaries are 46th Street to the north, Interstate 35W to the east, Diamond Lake Road to the south, and Lyndale Avenue South to the west. Minnehaha Creek runs through the south side of the neighborhood. If you're local you may recognize the Washburn Park Water Tower but what you may not know is that it's located at the neighborhoods highest point.
